Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Agency Connect (the "Service"). Agency Connect ("Agency Connect", "we", "us", "our") is an independent third-party application distributed through the Fanvue App Store. We are not Fanvue, we do not represent Fanvue, and Fanvue does not operate this Service. Your use of Fanvue itself is governed by Fanvue's own terms; these Terms cover only your use of Agency Connect. By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have an active Fanvue account in good standing. The Service is open to creators on Fanvue and to agencies authorised to manage creators on Fanvue. Fans without a creator or agency role are not eligible.

2. Your account

You access the Service by signing in with Fanvue. You are responsible for keeping your Fanvue credentials secure and for all activity carried out under your session. You agree to give us accurate information and to keep that information up to date within Fanvue, since the Service reads from your Fanvue profile.

3. Acceptable use

You will not, and will not attempt to:

  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any creator or agency;
  • send spam, run scams, harvest contact information, or use the Service for unsolicited outreach outside its intended flow;
  • post content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or that violates Fanvue's community guidelines;
  • attempt to reverse-engineer the Service, scrape it at scale, or interfere with its operation;
  • circumvent rate limits, abuse-prevention systems, or content-moderation outcomes;
  • use the Service to transact off-platform in a way that breaches your agreement with Fanvue.

4. The matching flow

  • Creators may have up to three active applications at a time.
  • Agencies have 72 hours to accept or decline an application before it expires.
  • If two or more agencies accept the same creator within a 24-hour grace window, the creator chooses the match. If the creator does not choose, the first-to-accept wins by default.
  • Contact details are revealed to the matched agency only after both sides accept and any applicable grace window has resolved.
  • After a successful match, creators may leave a star rating and optional written review of the agency, subject to a 14-day cooling-off period and a 90-day window.

5. Numbers shown on the Service

Earnings, subscriber counts, tip totals, chat-activity counts, and aggregated agency revenue are read from Fanvue's APIs and refreshed automatically. We display these figures as received. Creators and agencies may hide specific figures via the privacy controls in Settings; hidden figures are not shown to other parties on the Service. We do not produce or extrapolate marketing claims about expected creator earnings — any number you see is a real reading sourced from Fanvue at the time of refresh.

6. Reviews and reports

Reviews are limited to one per match, must be submitted within 90 days of contact reveal, and become immutable 24 hours after submission. Anyone signed in to the Service may flag a review, an application note, or an agency profile for moderation. Reviews that receive multiple substantiated reports are hidden automatically pending review by our moderation team. Persistent abuse may result in suspension or removal of an account.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, posed a risk to other users, or otherwise misused the Service. Suspended accounts are redirected to a notice page explaining the reason and how to contact support. You may close your Agency Connect account at any time by emailing support@agency-connect.xyz. Closing your Agency Connect account does not affect your underlying Fanvue account.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Agency Connect and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You retain all rights to the content you provide (bio, reviews, application notes); by submitting that content, you grant Agency Connect a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, store, and otherwise use it solely to operate the Service.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on Fanvue's APIs (the underlying platform on which Agency Connect operates) and on our sub-processors (Vercel for hosting, Neon for the database, Resend for email delivery, Upstash for rate limiting). Their availability and performance can affect the Service. We are not responsible for the content, conduct, or availability of Fanvue itself, or of any third-party platform you reach off-Service after a match.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that any agency will accept your application, that any creator will be a good fit for your agency, or that the metrics displayed are perfectly real-time. We make no guarantees about earnings, subscriber growth, or business outcomes.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agency Connect's aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to fees paid by you to Agency Connect in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law (such as for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence).

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Agency Connect harmless from any claim, loss, or demand (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under or in connection with the Service, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights under your local law.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new effective date at the top of this page and, where the change is material, notify you by email or in-app notice before it takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
