Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Agency Connect (the "Service") you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. The Service is offered by Fanvue Limited. // LEGAL TBD: full entity reference.

2. Eligibility

You must have an active Fanvue account in good standing. The Service is for creators who want to connect with agencies, and agencies that want to source creators. Fans are not eligible.

3. Acceptable use

• No spam, fraud, scraping, or impersonation.
• No content that violates Fanvue's community guidelines.
• No reverse engineering or load-testing the Service.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules. See the moderation queue + audit log on the admin side.

4. Match flow

• Creators may have at most 3 active applications at a time.
• Agencies have 72 hours to accept or decline before an application expires.
• When two or more agencies accept the same creator within 24 hours, the creator picks; if no choice is made, the first-to-accept wins.
• Contact details reveal automatically once a match is confirmed.

5. Reviews and reports

Future review functionality (M6) will be governed by additional rules; in v1, reports submitted via the in-app flow are reviewed by our team and may result in account suspension.

6. Intellectual property

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided as-is. We don't warrant that any agency will accept your application, that any creator will be a good fit, or that the metrics displayed are perfectly real-time.

8. Limitation of liability

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; we'll post the new date at the top and, where the change is material, // LEGAL TBD: notification mechanism.
